Warranty Policy
MACHINE WARRANTY
The timeline for a valid warranty initiates from the time, the end user receives the product(s). Please note that a specific product may be comprised of several parts. In such case, each of the parts may be covered by a different warranty.
However, we are not accountable for any damage or deterioration resulting from the failure to follow guidelines provided along with the product. This holds true for misuse, abuse or negligence as well.
PRINTER WARRANTY
Please note that any modification, conversation and usage of dubious ink, other than the one provided during the time of reception, will void the warranty automatically.
Returns Policy

Claims for return must be dispatched within 7 days of receipt of product.

Return claims require an advance authorization form the CSR (Customer Service Representative) with valid reason for returning is a must.

Return claims are invalid for equipment (such as heat press, cutters, printers etc.)

Return claims are invalid for inks (let it be packed or unpacked)

Please note that if the returned product is found damaged due to the fault of customer, refund will not be made from our behalf. To avoid this, please ensure, the product is packed safely to mitigate any damage.
